Beneficiary:Short Description:
UniversalDot Foundation is building a decentralized freelancing application using Substrate. A Minimum Viable Product of the application has already been built by completing a grant from WEB3 Foundation.
To continue the application's development and launch, we request additional Treasury funds.

What are the main differences that you have with this project that is being voted on today?
There is already a proposal for something similar here https://polkadot.polkassembly.io/referenda/916 Don't think a job board specific to Polkadot is any benefit when there are plenty of job boards we can list Polkadot projects jobs on.
