Referendum 923 is not needed anymore because the curators of bounty 923 have transferred power to a new set of curators that meets the criteria of an effective bounty

  1. Would it be possible to have the list of removed curators ?
  2. Would it be possible to have the list of remaining curators once current curators are dropped ?

The prop lacks of basic information.
