Substrate, XCM rust technical practice videos.
The goal of this referenda is to sponsor 10 education practical videos about Rust, Substrate.
The learning curve is too high to allow newcomers start working with Substrate. Documentation is clear but it’s hard to go through all the practical topics and put everything together on your own.
There are thousands of videos about solidity and just few about substrate for someone new in ecosystem.
I am substrate.rust.dev.
A lot of devs have learned rust with watching videos on my youtube channel: about.web3.online and there are those who dived into polkadot as well.
I know how to help and teach to easily onboard people to tech stack. And we need more practical tutorials!!!
Learning substrate should be as easy as diving into solidity and I am going to provide devs with more videos and bridge them to the eco.
I have already released 72 videos (73k views) about rust and 40 videos about polkadot/substrate.
Next target:
10 practical videos 25 minutes each.
"From zero to substrate ninja".

What is your plan to make them discoverable?
I support this proposal and vote for AYE. Though, I'd strongly ask you to think about your requested DOT amount. It roughly comes out to be $500 per video which if you ask me is a little steep at the scale of distribution of the web3.online channel and the fact that you don't yet have a proven track record with the treasury. I would've rather had you ask for a little less than half the amount for 5 videos and go for a second proposal with more videos and a price that you think is more suited, once you have a track record.
