Full proposal

Great to see this proposal pop up. More dedicated Polkadot sponsorships at blockchain hackathons / IRL developer events is necessary. In my opinion though, it's a modest budget. In the future, additional budget should be considered to purchasing attractive high quality swag (e.g. t-shirt, hoodies), and memoribilia — costs could include design expenses and manufacturing. Yes, this matters; anything that highlights the Polkadot brand and that is worn by our audience is a win. I'd personally like to see on future proposals is the design of prospective swag.
