Beneficiary:This replacement referendum aims to execute the funding that was passed in Ref 514 and return any donations generously provided by the Polkadot Holding community to sustain completed and ongoing expenses to Treasury Partners Conor Daly & Athelo Group.
This is following a failed payout of Ref 514 https://polkadot.subsquare.io/referenda/514 from the treasury at the conclusion of the last spend period.

The replacement referendum above intends to confirm before the end of the next treasury spend period and repay loans in approx. 22 Days. Our goal is to raise a minimum of 130,000 DOT within 48 hours. This will go toward payments to Conor's race team for work completed and underway. If the next spend period is missed repayment of loans would start in the follow era in approx. 46 Days.
