Hey,
I am assuming you are a parent or legal representative of Nishaun Marshall.
My suggestion to you is to stop letting your kid drive in races (and at all) at the age of 10. The risk of losing your full kid or some of its body parts and/or soul is a real danger that you should not ignore.
Please refrain from posting a proposal to OpenGov. I would fight it.

I'm a massive racing fan and know how hard it is for juniors to get noticed and also sponsored in karting, this is a very different way but also a way for the polkadot brand to be seen.
