Dear community,
The Dolpha team has un-noted their preimage and issued a public statement that they're retracting their proposal.
Referendum 341 remains highly in favour with 16DG's support and given the potential risk that anyone can resubmit the preimage I am requesting support to officially cancel the referendum.
