I'm Josep, the team lead for the polkadot-api project. I'd like to bring your attention to an exceptional contribution made in a recent Pull Request. This PR stands out because of its significant impact on dApp development, particularly in reducing the bundle sizes of dApp assets.
We understand the value of such contributions, as evidenced by our team's previous efforts. One of our team members spent a couple of days researching this issue, and while it was considered a "nice to have" rather than a high priority, our findings (detailed here) only scratched the surface. The work accomplished in this PR, however, has far surpassed our initial efforts.
Given the exceptional nature of this contribution, I strongly recommend that we offer a medium tip of 80 DOTs to the contributor. Such recognition not only rewards their hard work but also fosters a spirit of collaboration and excellence in our community.

This seems reasonable to me, but is there proof of identity anywhere? The beneficiary address doesn't exist on-chain (and thus of course does not have an identity), and the PR does not include a comment from the submitter with their address, either.
