Hi Joe, Thank you for submitting this referenda. Given the conviction multiplier timings will change in this upgrade, how will preexisting vote and delegation multipliers be impacted? Separately, how will the removal of vote and delegation locks work post upgrade for votes and delegations that happened pre-upgrade? Best, Ivy
