Election of curation team - bounty 19: Wasm Smart Contracts Bounty
The primary goal of this proposal is to confirm the curator candidates and approve the fee allocation. The ink!ubator budget has already been locked, and we are not seeking additional funding. Please check the proposal below. You can also review the process that has been underway for the last 5 months!
Background on Proposal
This proposal is to assign a set of Curators for Bounty 19.
The set of curators consists of six people from different community teams. Their qualifications and Polkadot addresses can be found in the original post for Bounty 19.
You can find the full Curator and Facilitator responsibilities and rewards proposal here. A short description of the proposal is provided below.
As some of you may be aware, our initial referendum was approved but failed to execute due to an on-chain error, preventing us from accessing the funds, and it's the reason of the delay in the Proposals.
Recent update on ink!ubator
We are excited to provide key updates and highlight the extensive work undertaken to facilitate the onboarding of ink! projects and garner support from prominent teams within the Polkadot ecosystem.
To date, we've approved 11 Ecosystem grants, totaling $762,860 USD. Several of these grant recipients are making significant strides, as evidenced by their milestones on GitHub.
A noteworthy addition to our Builders track is the MuFi team. MuFi is financial and payments infrastructure for creator businesses. The current royalty system lacks an intuitive payments layer that meets rapidly scaling consumption models (ie. Streaming services, social media platforms etc.). 120,000 new tracks are uploaded to Spotify per day- recorded as only 90,000 six months ago. At that rate and scale, it is inevitable that accounting and compliance will be mishandled and prime for forensic auditing, which is why the infrastructure that MuFi delivers is invaluable for any business that needs to scale and make millions of fractional payments, globally.
For our Audit track, esteemed curators have identified OpenZepplin and Oak Security as industry leaders in security audits.
Concluding our first cohort, we've successfully onboarded and funded over 11 projects. Our team is diligently working to pave the way for ink! to achieve success and widespread adoption.
Curator Responsibilities and Rewards
The tl;dr is that we are requesting $5000 USD as a one time payment per Curator as well as an additional amount based off contributions (e.g submission reviews).
There is also a Facilitator reward of approximately $25,000 USD included.
The total for the Curator and Facilitator rewards is $97,200 USD.

The description of the proposal has now been updated, so I'm removing my comment.
If anybody has questions, I'm happy to answer them!
Hi team.
Unless I've misunderstood the scope of the bounty, it's meant to be open-ended and awarded through child bounties, correct?
In that case, you won't be able to claim the curator fee you've specified in this proposal. The curator fee is paid when the bounty is claimed. But this may never happen if the bounty is meant to be open-ended.
To reward your efforts you'll need to open a child bounty for that specific purpose. In that case, if the bounty is ever claimed (and closed), you'll need to return the fee you'll get then (as defined in this proposal) back to the treasury.
Alternatively, to avoid that, this proposal needs to be rejected and a new one (with zero fee) opened.
However, if I have misunderstood the original bounty proposal and this bounty is meant to complete at some point, then this is a valid route. Just note that you'll get your reward then and not now.
