Ambassador program was created on the root track. you can change the number of ambassadors or remove the ambassadors on the fellowship track but you cannot completely wipe out the program using fellowship track. So the second part of this proposal should be done on the root track

What should investors gather from the fact that a Polkadot whale is cancelling referendas that the whale doesn't like, but the rest of the community votes for? I wonder...
The initial placement was wrong - the HA program was never positioned correctly with root. Rest assured that any obstacles, including high deposit thresholds, will not stop us , the community, from taking the right path and making sure this program gets the decision it deserves right now.
