Oliver here from the Graymatter JAM client. The Idea looks good to me in general. Only concern would be that possibly we are not far enough to do proper QUIC network testing, so maybe there could be a backup agenda for teams. Like setting up cross-testing frameworks and comparing results. I personally plan to attend and we have possibly one more dev from our team coming to Devcon. Side note: i think it should be possible to request USDT directly from the treasury instead of DOT.
Yeapp!!! This is the sort of stuff treasury should fund.
