After the projects are included, they should be given time and they should implement their projects within this period. If he does not implement it in the given time, the right to parachain should be taken away.

no.it's not that simple. just because you can't be patient doesn't mean we try and enforce some time line for TGE. you didn't lose any money. you loaned your DOT/KSM and it will be returned. this is just silly.
