Unbounded fee and early withdrawal

It would be nice to see an early unbounding option. I’d purpose a fee of 10 percent of total amount of withdrawal to be burned or split among the stakers if someone wants their tokens before the regular time period is up. This would help the tokenomics and also give people more options.
