Privacy Focussed Event for Polkadot

This proposal is being submitted by ZKValidator. We are a mission driven validator with the goal to promote privacy and ZKP adoption on networks we validate on. Our proposal is to spend 6000€ in DOT from the Polkadot Treasury on a privacy focused event for the Polkadot community.

The crypto worls is in much need of some great events and content, and I think a privacy focused event held by the ZK Validator team would be a great use of treasury funds. It would be nice that before the funds are given to the ZKValidator team, that the panel projects are selected and confirmed ahead of time.

It will be great for the projects focusing on ZK or other privacy techs to have an event together, discussing some common issues and collaborating with each other to make a better future.
