GM Polkadot community,

We at India Unlocked had previously posted a comprehensive proposal (#1449) for a 4-month educational and community building program across India. After receiving numerous feedback suggesting we start with smaller initiatives, we have come up with this focused 1-month marketing bounty to demonstrate our capabilities in building Polkadot's presence in India's tech ecosystem.

Timeline: 1 Month

Requested Funding: $4,998 USDT

Proof of work: TL;DR— We are currently active Arbitrum Ambassadors managing the Namaste Arbitrum Twitter handle. We specialize in regional outreach, having created localized content for both Arbitrum and Venus protocols, along with organizing successful community events (parties, mixers, meetups) across India. Namaste Polkadot Marketing Bounty aims to demonstrate our ability to accelerate Polkadot's growth in India by focusing on two key areas:

1. Educational Content Creation:

• Translation of 2 already existing comprehensive educational videos into Hindi (reaching 40.10% of India's population)

• Creation of 10 short clips from these videos

• Development of 3 infographic threads and 5 "Built on Polkadot" threads

• Production of a "Word of the Day" series covering 10 Polkadot ecosystem terms

1. University Workshop Program:

• Conducting workshops across 2 universities in Hyderabad

• 4-hour intensive sessions covering Polkadot fundamentals, development, and practical applications

• Hands-on wallet creation and interactive learning experiences

• Establishing support channels for ongoing community engagement

Key Success Metrics:

• 2 Hindi videos produced

• 10 short clips generated

• Total social media posts - 50

• 80% workshop attendance rate

• 90 total wallet creations (45 per university)

The initiative addresses the need to demonstrate our capabilities before scaling to a larger program, while still making meaningful progress in introducing Polkadot to non-English speaking audiences in India.
