Milestone 1 (completed)
Over the past six months, Remarker has been developed into a robust NFT marketplace on Polkadot, featuring:
- NFT Swaps: Users can easily trade NFTs between one another NFTs.
- NFT Trading with Stablecoins: Support for purchasing NFTs using stablecoins like USDC and USDT.
- Auto Teleport: Simplifies the transfer of DOT tokens between Polkadot relay chain and Asset Hub.
- New UI for Polkadot NFT Ecosystem: A redesigned user interface enhancing user experience and interaction within the Polkadot NFT ecosystem.
- NFT List: Users can easily list their NFTs for sale
- NFT creation: Users can easily create their NFTs and collections
- Users can view their owned NFTs, swaps and created collections
- Users can view different collections and NFTs on remarker
Milestone 2
In the second milestone we plan to bring new features and improvements
UI and UX Enhancements:
- Continuously improving the user interface and user experience to ensure a seamless and intuitive platform for all users.
On-chain Identity on polkadot peoples chain
- Users can create their on-chain identity and it will be shown everywhere
Royalties to the collection owner from NFT sales on remarker
- A percentage of NFT sales price will be given to the Collection owner as specified while creating
NFT liquidity pools
- Users can directly swap their NFT with any another collection NFT if it has a swap offer to that whole collection items
Remint Tool: made for large collections like on solana large supply collections are minted into the blockchain increasing number of NFT holder and users
- Public Mint: Allowing anyone to mint NFTs from a collection.
- Issuer Mode: Only the collection's issuer can mint NFTs.
- Whitelist Mode: Only pre-approved users can mint NFTs.
- This tool will enable it's users to pre-sign large chunks of NFT collection metadata and mint details, streamlining the minting process and providing flexibility similar to Ethereum based NFT minting smart contracts.

NftFractionalization
The nftFractionalization pallet allows an NFT to be divided into smaller pieces, enabling fractional ownership. Here's how it works:
1 . Fractionalize NFT:
- When an NFT is fractionalized, it is locked, and new tokens representing fractions of the NFT are issued.
- Each token represents a percentage of ownership of the NFT.
2 . Distribute Ownership:
- These fractional tokens can be sold or distributed, allowing multiple people to own a share of the NFT.
- For example, a $30,000 Bored Ape Yacht Club NFT can be divided into smaller fractions, making it more accessible.
3 . Ownership Rights:
- The person holding the majority of the fractional tokens has the controlling interest and effectively owns 100% of the NFT.
- As more tokens are distributed, the original owner's percentage of ownership decreases.
4 . Unify NFT:
- To regain full ownership, one must buy back all the fractional tokens.
- Once all tokens are reacquired, the NFT can be unified, unlocking the full ownership rights.
Twitter NFT sales Bot

Problems
There is no any good UI for Polkadot Asset Hub NFTs
Many pallet calls in NFT pallet are abandoned and these calls are the ones which makes polkadot NFTs different from any other blockchain like NFT swaps offers, public mint and many more

Major Problem
Remarker focuses on attracting big team from different blockchains like on solana there are team of developers and NFT artists working together on large size 5K to 10K supply collections and we want those teams to create NFTs on remarker and remint is the tool which developers can use for creating their NFT mint dapp on Polkadot asset hub and launch a public mint we're also going to create a guide on how to use hashlips and remint together for launching a NFT collection on Polkadot asset hub, Remint is going to be launched in the milestone 2

Ashutosh Singh is the creator and founder of Remarker. He has been active in the Polkadot NFT ecosystem since 2021. Could this have a sticky position?
Another detail is that the navigation arrows are almost invisible and it seems I only have one still image there, I think there should be at least 5 featured collections there.
Something like that is noticeable, I think it would look better.
Anyway, thank you for the site, it is advantageous, I hope my advice is taken into account.
I'd like to just voice my support. I think the request is very reasonable, given the amount of time and effort that has already been made to develop this platform, and the future work that is being offered. I understand Nay voters as well, as there is a big question to if there is any value in building for a market niche that is currently struggling, and that has shown challenges in the past. But as with all things, I believe that reasonable risk/reward comes with experimentation and supporting active builders in the ecosystem. This is a relatively small gamble for Polkadot IMHO. At the least, I hope that the builder continues to explore areas to build within the ecosystem as they are clearly proactive, hard working, and creative. I do believe encouraging builders to continue building in Polkadot is valuable in itself, especially those willing to take upfront risk on their own as has been shown here (server costs, work, expenses, etc, have all already been made. While that's not an argument in itself, it shows the commitment the builder has to their idea). Pnin
