Dear Polkadot Community Members,

First and foremost, I woulid like to extend my deep gratitude to the POLIMEC project team. They have responded to our community's concerns with great sincerity and a proactive attitude. Through their efforts and attention to the community, we have collectively found a solution that is beneficial to all parties involved.

This is awful, if true. I would be interested in seeing some response from POLIMEC. Where did they claim the crowd loan was self funded?

How did you know about the crowdloan if it wasn't advertised? Did you stake tokens into #3344 anonymous crowd loan project without knowing who was behind it or what it was?

Presumably, the small number of crowdloan funders that POLIMEC mentioned are known personally to them and have a stake in the parachain business. If this is the case, a self-funded tag could be reasonable as they may be remunerated in other ways.
